We are looking someone who can perform the following tasks proactively:

• Install and commission biomedical equipment and associated equipment.
• Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff within BIOS to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.
• Perform preventive maintenance or service such as cleaning, calibration and software installation/upgrade on equipment.
• Keep records of maintenance, repair, and required updates of equipment.
• Study technical manuals and attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers to maintain current knowledge.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the same of similar field.
• Degree from a leading university.
• Strong technical background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Managing customer complaints in a timely and organized manner.
• CAN DO attitude!
